We offer all instructions for our products as digital PDF downloads.
By not printing instructions, we not only save resources such as paper and ink, but also reduce the waste created when these materials are disposed of.
However, we understand that some customers prefer a printed manual. That’s why we offer you the option of receiving a printed manual with every order. This way, you can decide for yourself which format suits you best.
Packaging and shipping
One of our measures to reduce waste is using second-hand boxes wherever possible. As packaging material, we use newspapers and leaflets instead of polystyrene chips and wrapping paper. By reusing these materials, we reduce demand for new raw materials.
When shipping, we still always make sure your goods are securely packed and reach you well protected.
We ship using DHL’s sustainability programme.
