As soon as a vehicle draws current on the monitored section, this is detected and a signal is sent on. You can either send this to the command station via our s88-N feedback module or evaluate the signal directly with an LED. This also allows you to implement, for example, red illumination in a track diagram control panel. Together with model railway control software, this ensures safe operation. Unlike micro or limit switches, the JT Digital end-position sensor works without any mechanical force, so the sensor places no additional load on the turnout motor. This can extend the service life of the motor. Different types of sensor can be run in parallel on one feedback module. These can be current sensors, end-position sensors or other sensors. The feedback module can be connected to any command station that supports s88-N. Alternatively, a separate s88-N starting point can also be used.
